Marketing and sociological research in Kazakhstan.
The research agency "DAMU Research Group" has its own regional network and the capability to conduct fieldwork (personal surveys, in-depth interviews, expert surveys, hall tests, retail audits, mystery shopping, focus groups) in all cities and towns across Kazakhstan (Almaty, Astana, Karaganda, Shymkent, Atyrau, Aktau, Taraz, Uralsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk, etc.). The field network includes 24 regional supervisors and over 500 interviewers. Interviewers undergo mandatory general training after recruitment, as well as specialized training for each project they participate in. All supervisors and interviewers have strong educational backgrounds, preferably higher education, and have been involved in marketing and sociological research (both qualitative and/or quantitative) for an average of about 10 years.
The agency "DAMU Research Group," through its regular partners, also has the capability to organize research work in neighboring regions of the Russian Federation.
A multi-level control process for data collection and subsequent processing is an integral part of all projects, ensuring high reliability of field research for clients. Traditionally, fieldwork control covers at least 20% of the sample volume.
